Senior Full-Stack Developer – Affiliate Marketing Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join our affiliate marketing platform team in Switzerland. You will design and build high‑performance backend services and intuitive front‑end dashboards that support real‑time tracking, financial calculations and data flows across global iGaming ecosystems. The role offers ownership of complex, event‑driven systems and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services for real‑time event processing, data ingestion and integration with external gaming and affiliate platforms.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs that power affiliate dashboards, reporting tools and internal admin interfaces.
• Implement financial logic such as revenue‑share models, CPA tracking and multi‑currency commission calculations.
• Develop responsive front‑end applications using React and TypeScript for affiliate portals and operational dashboards.
• Work with event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) to create scalable and reliable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, data and operations teams to deliver production‑ready features.
• Optimize performance, improve scalability and ensure reliability of existing codebases.
• Participate in system architecture discussions aligning backend, frontend and data layers.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs for large‑scale production systems.
• Solid understanding of event‑driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of features.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and analytical skills.
