Senior Graphic Designer – Temporary (Zurich)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join an insurance client in Zurich on a temporary basis. The role starts immediately and offers a blend of onsite work with 20% home‑office flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh, on‑brand visual concepts that meet communication objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of visual production techniques, technology and software.
• Apply visual content standards across all communication channels.
• Provide consultancy support aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
• Produce high‑quality, cost‑effective deliverables for online articles, event communications, leadership messages and other visual projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design practices.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design (EFZ/CFC or Bachelor’s).
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or dynamic corporate environment.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and the ability to work independently under time pressure.
• Openness to explore and integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
