Senior HR Communications Manager

About the role

The METTLER TOLEDO Group Corporate Communications team is seeking a Senior HR Communications Manager to lead strategic communication activities for HR programs, both internally and externally, enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans for HR initiatives, targeting internal and external audiences.
• Lead content creation, editorial management, and publication workflows for digital platforms, including the corporate intranet.
• Maintain project materials, run campaigns, and manage ambassador and community manager groups.
• Oversee corporate community and inclusion communications, coordinating with regional teams.
• Manage the intranet editorial team, curate articles, and maintain the editorial calendar.
• Utilize SharePoint expertise to implement structural changes and ensure intranet health.
• Co‑lead the global rapid response strategy for external communications and media relations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communications, HR, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate communications experience, with focus on HR or external communications and employer branding.
• Proven ability to develop global communication strategies and produce engaging content across formats.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a strong advantage.
