Senior IGA/IAM Project Manager – Industrial IT (12-month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IGA/IAM Project Manager to lead identity governance and administration initiatives within a major Industrial IT transformation program. The role will span critical domains such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operational Technology and Customer Service, working closely with business, IT, cybersecurity and architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and roadmap for IGA/IAM projects.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, perform gap analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead identity lifecycle management across industrial environments and establish governance frameworks for accounts, roles and access rights.
• Design or refine role models, workflows, governance rules and identity repositories.
• Coordinate onboarding of industrial applications and systems into the IGA platform.
• Manage testing, validation, production readiness and change‑management activities.
• Identify, monitor and escalate project risks to steering committees.
• Produce project reporting, KPIs, dashboards, roadmaps and executive presentations.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Strong background delivering IAM and/or IGA programmes.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or OT environments is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in identity governance, access management and compliance.
• Fluent in French and professional‑level English.
