Senior IT Buyer

About the role

The Swatch Group Services is seeking a Senior IT Buyer to lead the management of its IT spend across the Group. You will act as a procurement specialist, advising IT managers, shaping sourcing strategies and ensuring effective supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement sourcing strategies for key IT categories.
• Lead negotiation teams, define roadmaps and drive contract discussions.
• Support IT vendor relationship management and act as the liaison between Group IT, legal, finance and procurement functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external IT suppliers to align on requirements and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong consultative and client‑service orientation with influence skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Highly organized, structured approach to complex tasks.

Required skills

• Experience creating sourcing strategies and conducting negotiations with IT suppliers.
• Knowledge of IT vendor management processes.
