Senior Legal Counsel – IT, IP and AI Law

About the role

Dentsu is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel for its legal team in Switzerland, starting as soon as possible. The role covers commercial contracts, intellectual property, advertising and competition law, and emerging AI topics, and works closely with business units and the General Counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as CXM contracts, media service agreements and personal data processing agreements
• Manage and record corporate matters and advise on intellectual property, advertising and competition law for the IT sector
• Advise on AI compliance, review of AI tool terms and related legal issues
• Support the General Counsel in maintaining a risk register and provide legal and strategic advice to stakeholders
• Support internal investigations and train business units on legal and compliance topics
• Advise on temporary employment, labour leasing and nearshoring and offshoring, and handle personal data protection questions
• Liaise with external lawyers and consultants

Required profile

• Very good academic record and about 6 years of post-qualification experience, including law firm experience
• Swiss bar admission
• Experience in risk management and compliance programs, and good knowledge of corporate governance
• Fluent English and German; French is a plus
