Senior Legal & Structuring Counsel

About the role

Richfox Capital, a FINMA‑regulated investment manager, is seeking a proactive Senior Legal & Structuring Counsel for its Zurich office. Reporting to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, you will lead the legal design and execution of complex investment vehicles, fund structures, and family‑office solutions across on‑shore and off‑shore jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, establish and execute bespoke fund vehicles, investment platforms and family‑office structures in multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation, client mandates, transaction documents and corporate contracts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day legal operations, report risks and updates to senior management.
• Provide legal and structural advice on wealth planning, incorporating tax‑aligned or succession‑planning concepts for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Manage external counsel and specialist advisers to ensure high‑quality, efficient execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (MLaw/LL.M.) or equivalent; attorney qualification is a strong advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in legal structuring within asset management, family offices, investment funds or top‑tier law firms.
• Proven track record in cross‑border fund and vehicle structuring, with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Based in Switzerland and able to work daily in Zurich.
