Senior Manager Consolidation and FP&A

About the role

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Group consolidation and FP&A activities. The role combines financial reporting, system ownership, and strategic support for senior management and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and non‑financial consolidation at Group level.
• Ensure accurate calculation of consolidation items such as non‑controlling interests, intercompany investments and currency translation adjustments.
• Safeguard the integrity of the Group cash‑flow statement and segment reporting.
• Coordinate and implement IFRS updates together with the IFRS team.
• Manage changes to the Group reporting structure and optimise reporting processes.
• Own the Tagetik EPM system, drive its development, provide user support and design input templates.
• Prepare high‑quality internal reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Support sustainability reporting and related disclosures.
• Ensure completeness and quality of budget and forecast data, validate figures and deliver insightful management reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Professional certification (Swiss CPA, Swiss Expert in Accounting & Controlling or equivalent).
• 6‑10 years of experience in group reporting, consolidation or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in IFRS and year‑end closing processes.
• Advanced knowledge of EPM systems (Tagetik, Cognos Controller, Hyperion).
• Highly self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with business acumen.
