Senior Manager Corporate Communications

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for Capri‑Sun’s global internal and external communications and support the continued development of our communication approach. You will play a key role in supporting and strengthening Capri‑Sun's reputation through impactful internal and external communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Capri‑Sun’s global corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Create innovative communication ideas, narratives and formats for internal and external audiences.
• Own day‑to‑day global media relations, including proactive engagement, media material preparation and handling external inquiries.
• Support senior leadership, including the CEO, on positioning and communication topics.
• Lead and develop a small team of two, providing guidance and day‑to‑day support.
• Identify communication opportunities, shape messaging around complex or sensitive topics, and ensure consistent communication across markets.
• Plan and deliver internal communications such as town halls and oversee issue‑related communication.
• Track communication effectiveness using KPIs and report regularly to executive management.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of corporate communications experience in an international environment.
• Strong media instincts, proven experience managing external communications and working with journalists.
• Ability to handle sensitive information, anticipate media dynamics and ensure disciplined messaging.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situations.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
• Strategic, hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and KPI‑driven communication management.
