Senior Manager, GTM Operational Excellence

About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Switzerland and focuses on transforming a global Go‑To‑Market organization through AI‑enabled operational systems. You will partner with senior executives across RevOps, Systems, Product, Data, and Enablement to build scalable, data‑driven processes that eliminate friction and drive revenue efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi‑quarter GTM Operational Excellence strategy aligned with growth and revenue targets.
• Mentor and scale a high‑performing operations team that identifies systemic inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align operational priorities across GTM, RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, and Finance.
• Design and oversee AI‑enabled workflows, automation layers, and knowledge‑management structures.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses of complex operational challenges and deliver permanent, scalable solutions.
• Own change‑management frameworks to ensure global adoption of new GTM processes and tools.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as cost‑to‑serve, ticket deflection, MTTR, adoption velocity, and process efficiency.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and translate failures into preventive infrastructure enhancements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent roles within fast‑scaling SaaS or tech companies.
• 2‑3+ years of proven leadership managing high‑performing operations or RevOps teams.
• Strong track record of building and evolving GTM systems, processes, and frameworks in growth and enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of complex GTM tech stacks and AI‑driven workflow design.
