Senior Manager Head Office Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Head Office Supply Chain function within our Supply Chain Strategy & Enablement team. This role supports the SVP Global Product Supply and senior leadership, driving strategic execution, operational rhythms, and high‑priority initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support functional Global Supply Chain senior leadership with executive updates, including board and leadership meetings.
• Build and maintain an operating model that engages key stakeholders across global and local markets.
• Assist the SVP of Global Product Supply in orchestrating senior leadership efforts to develop and track annual strategic priorities.
• Manage high‑priority initiatives, craft communications, and promote team engagement to strengthen SCM culture and operational excellence.
• Lead project and crisis management in collaboration with global and market supply chain teams and partner functions, ensuring clear deliverables and ownership.

Required profile

• Proficiency in strategic project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with analytical and project planning tools, with strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of strategic planning processes, including objective setting, risk assessment, communication, and progress tracking.
• Ability to think strategically and align projects with organizational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship‑management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
