Senior Manager, Market Access Specialty Care

About the role

Sobi is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Director of Market Access in developing and executing strategies that ensure optimal launch, pricing, reimbursement and sustainable patient access for specialty care products across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of market access strategies tailored to specialty care launches in diverse regions.
• Collaborate on pricing, reimbursement and formulary inclusion using health‑economic models and value‑based arguments.
• Develop HEOR evidence, real‑world data and value dossiers for HTA submissions and payer negotiations.
• Build compliant relationships with payers, HTA agencies, regulators and patient advocacy groups.
• Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal and Government Affairs teams to align market access initiatives.
• Monitor policy developments, identify risks and opportunities, and support advocacy efforts.
• Manage multiple market access projects, oversee vendors, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Track and report access performance, HTA outcomes and competitive intelligence in internal systems.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of international market access and reimbursement experience, especially in GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiovascular and rare diseases.
• Proven track record in international launch planning and payer engagement.
• Experience working in matrixed, multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, HTA processes and payer environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
