Senior Manager, MSAT Strategy & Business Integration

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Senior Manager, MSAT Strategy & Business Integration, for its Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) Strategic Operations team. The role develops, maintains and drives the MSAT Strategy & Performance Management Process, using metrics to guide decision making, execution and continuous improvement. It is an onsite/hybrid position based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the MSAT Strategic Framework, including high-level implementation and milestone tracking of departmental goals
• Evaluate cross-functional resources and engage partners to advance global and regional strategic projects
• Drive analysis of key performance measures, goals and project plans, and collaborate on case development and value realization
• Facilitate and supervise MSAT governance forums and ensure adherence to the strategic framework
• Sustain and improve the MSAT digital ecosystem for project tracking, portfolio visibility, resource planning and business processes
• Benchmark against external and internal teams and integrate the company's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams on internal and external industry intelligence

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical or supply chain, and/or business/finance environments
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to work across time zones
• Up to 20% domestic and/or international travel, project dependent

Required skills

• Proficiency in developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy
• Project evaluation, recommendation and influence at higher levels
• Digital acumen with business applications, data, analytics and workflow tools
• Preferred: knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, supply chain systems, Power BI, Minitab, Planisware, Quickbase, Cora, and project management certification (PMP or FPX)
