Senior Manager Performance Marketing

About the role

The North Face EMEA is seeking a Senior Manager Performance Marketing to lead digital growth across the region. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, you will shape and execute performance‑marketing strategies that drive direct‑to‑consumer revenue and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance‑marketing plans across CRM, SEO, paid search, shopping, and paid social.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV and incrementality to senior stakeholders.
• Manage agency and platform relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates) to maximise efficiency.
• Translate audience segmentation data into channel‑specific tactics and personalised journeys.
• Collaborate with Brand Communications to ensure campaign consistency from awareness to conversion.
• Own CRM and CDP programmes to boost retention and loyalty‑member growth.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing, validating impact with incrementality tools and MMM.
• Work with Merchandising and Content teams to create channel‑optimised assets.
• Plan, manage and optimise the digital‑media budget in partnership with Finance.
• Build automated dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 7+ years leading performance‑marketing for a brand‑led, multi‑market business.
• Proven success across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, CRM and CDP.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Full professional English; additional European language is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
