Senior Manager – Structuring (Entrepreneurs & Families)

About the role

CSF Management AG is looking for a Senior Manager to take overall responsibility for the holistic management of complex mandates for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families. The role is based in Baar/Zug and involves acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal specialists and external partners, and shaping solutions in a demanding, partly international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and family structures with national and international exposure
• Support clients holistically, from structural and tax matters to broader entrepreneurial and wealth-related issues
• Develop existing structures and implement sustainable optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate mandate topics, including company valuations, transactions and control and governance frameworks
• Lead complex tax topics and coordinate audit processes
• Ensure the quality and consistency of reporting, budgeting and financial statements

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing complex mandates in a fiduciary, structuring, private banking or comparable environment; international advisory or Big4 experience is an advantage
• Advanced professional qualification such as Swiss Certified Fiduciary Expert, Certified Tax Expert, CPA or equivalent
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
• Integrity, discretion and reliability with sensitive client matters

Required skills

• Solid expertise in accounting, tax and corporate structures and their interdependencies
• Ability to understand, structure and proactively manage complex mandates
