Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A – Global Adjustments

About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A – Global Adjustments to Standards is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving global visibility, governance, forecasting, and decision support for adjustments to gross margin across brands, regions, and commercial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A ownership for margin adjustments, including planning, forecasting, reporting, governance and executive analysis.
• Develop and maintain a global framework for margin adjustment accounts with consistent definitions and reporting treatment.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product and Controllership teams to align assumptions and quantify financial impacts.
• Analyze tariffs, duties, freight, inventory adjustments, overhead, product cost changes and other gross‑margin drivers.
• Provide executive‑ready insights, financial bridges, scenario analyses, risk assessments and recommended actions.
• Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget, long‑range planning and strategic inputs for margin adjustments.
• Identify risks and opportunities, support mitigation plans and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach and develop global Analysts and Senior Analysts supporting AGM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting or supply‑chain finance experience with exposure to gross‑margin drivers.
• 3+ years of people, project or cross‑functional leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, standard costing, accruals, reserves, reclasses and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis and executive storytelling skills.
