Senior Manager – Swiss Payroll Advisory (Tax & Legal)

About the role

Join Deloitte's Global Employer Services team to lead Swiss payroll advisory services within the Tax & Legal practice. You will help multinational clients navigate complex payroll, social security, and tax regulations while positioning payroll as a strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth by expanding the payroll offering and onboarding high‑value clients.
• Provide expert counsel on payroll, social security, and individual taxation matters.
• Own client engagements with full autonomy and accountability for success.
• Champion innovative service delivery alongside senior management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of payroll professionals.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in payroll, social security, and individual taxation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams.
• Excellent command of English and fluency in French or German; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with payroll tools such as Abacus.
• Proficiency with SAP payroll modules.
