Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence

About the role

This senior manager position leads the Value Chain Excellence (VCEx) strategy for digital capabilities within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The hybrid role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with potential alternative hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital value chain roadmap, aligning investments with measurable business value.
• Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling tools for supply chain design and optimization.
• Integrate analytical and decision‑support capabilities into core value chain processes to enable data‑driven evaluations.
• Partner with planning, manufacturing, quality, finance, digital, and data science teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration, governance, and agile product management practices to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, digital, analytics or related functions.
• Proven track record leading digital products or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
