Senior PCB/CCA Designer for Space Products

About the role

Thales Alenia Space is looking for a Senior PCB‑CCA Designer to lead technical engineering projects for space‑related electronic products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet system architecture and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical engineering projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
• Design, size, and specify electronic sub‑assemblies and printed circuit boards, ensuring compliance with system architecture and standards.
• Define system architecture, allocate functions, and select optimal technical solutions.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve defects throughout development, supporting integration and validation activities.
• Manage co‑engineering, subcontracting, and supplier performance, providing technical support during bids and development phases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuit design.
• In‑depth knowledge of electronics standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Analytical, rigorous, and structured problem‑solving approach with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
