Senior Planner Manager – Data Center

About the role

Join a leading developer and operator of sustainable, mission‑critical data centres as a Senior Planner Manager in Geneva. This hybrid position (2‑3 days onsite) offers the chance to shape the delivery of large‑scale digital infrastructure across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for hyper‑scale data centre programmes.
• Analyse programme assumptions, identify critical‑path risks and devise schedule recovery plans.
• Lead schedule alignment workshops, manage third‑party planning consultants and audit contractor programmes for logical integrity.
• Support commercial teams on claims, extensions of time, variations and schedule impacts.
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting with data‑driven insights on portfolio milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning workflows, scheduling standards and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling for complex infrastructure or mission‑critical assets.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management and integrated scheduling.
• Solid grasp of construction contracts and delay analysis, preferably within FIDIC environments.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior executives with clear, data‑driven insights.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent practical experience.
