Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) CH & AT

About the role

Viatris Pharma GmbH, a global healthcare company bridging generics and brands, is hiring a Senior Product Manager covering Switzerland and Austria. The role combines brand strategy, portfolio management and commercial planning, working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and Market Access.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term brand and portfolio strategies.
• Create and implement customer-centric, omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead brand planning and turn strategic priorities into commercial initiatives.
• Manage product life cycle activities and drive portfolio optimization.
• Monitor business performance, sales forecasts and KPIs and recommend ways to improve results.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Design and deliver sales force training programmes together with Medical Affairs.
• Manage marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting and demand planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Product Management.
• Proven success in developing and executing pharmaceutical brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent German and English; French is an advantage.
