Senior Program Manager – Collectibles (EU)

About the role

eBay is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives for its Collectibles portfolio across the UK and EU. Based in Bern, you will drive the evolution and expansion of eBay’s Collectibles offerings, overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of key services, features, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical programs and projects within a large, matrixed organization.
• Coordinate cross‑Europe initiatives to enhance the Collectibles category.
• Develop, launch, and manage new services, features, and functionality for the marketplace.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
• Facilitate alignment and buy‑in across internal and external stakeholders.
