Senior Project Lead - FX, PM & ETDs e‑Trading (12‑month contract)

About the role

Lead the definition, design and delivery of digital FX, Precious Metals (PM) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) trading capabilities for a large consumer base. Work closely with business, technology and regulatory stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client, business and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define requirements, target‑state design and product roadmap for e‑trading services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, including system integration, testing, migration planning and operating model readiness.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations to achieve production readiness.
• Act as the primary SME bridging business needs and technology delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years delivering trading, execution or capital‑markets transformation projects in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of FX/PM, ETDs, e‑trading workflows, order lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end digital product lifecycles and complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience in Agile delivery, backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
