Senior Project Manager – Salesforce Agile Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the agile implementation of Salesforce for our client in Geneva. The role requires strong oversight of scope, schedule, and resources while driving change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all project phases related to Salesforce deployment.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Implement change‑management strategies and ensure quality assurance activities.
• Provide regular reporting to the Project Management Office.
• Foster team engagement in an agile environment.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing Salesforce architecture and product leadership.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and enterprise systems.
• Strong resource (human and financial) management skills.
• International work experience with high‑level stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams, on‑site or remotely.
• Fluent English.
