Senior Recruiter – Multi‑Sector Talent Solutions (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Senior Recruiter to join our growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across Switzerland. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders, managing recruitment from end‑to‑end while regularly visiting client sites throughout the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for multiple client accounts, functions and locations across Switzerland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market insights.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping to create high‑calibre candidate pipelines.
• Travel regularly to client sites to support hiring initiatives, workforce planning discussions, interview processes and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant managing end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Switzerland to meet client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of talent intelligence tools.
• Ability to work with recruitment analytics.
