Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Grafton Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring projects within the Finance & Accounting sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, matching top talent with strategic opportunities while contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Finance & Accounting positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Analyse client requirements and conduct market research to propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Share market insights and support strategic planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Finance or Accounting.
• Strong commercial mindset and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Native French speaker with at least B2 level English; German is a strong asset.
• Desire to develop sector expertise and grow horizontally within the business.
• Collaborative, proactive and able to integrate smoothly into a team environment.
