Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Finance & Accounting talent acquisition efforts. You will own the full recruitment cycle, build strong client and candidate relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Finance & Accounting positions.
• Analyse client needs and conduct market research to propose optimal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Share market insights and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within Finance/Accounting.
• Strong commercial mindset and goal orientation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• French native speaker; English at B2+ level; German is a strong asset.
• Desire to grow horizontally and develop sector expertise.
• Collaborative, proactive and able to integrate smoothly into the team.
