Senior Relationship Manager – Chinese Speaking Clients

About the role

The client seeks a Senior Relationship Manager focused on the Chinese market to support, advise, and strategically manage high‑net‑worth clients in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and attract new private banking and wealth management clients.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ensure efficient service and wealth‑structuring systems are in place.
• Provide tailored advice to senior individuals and support staff.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues.
• Prepare and distribute business reports to investment management.
• Monitor and manage risks in line with firm and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on competition, market trends, and client activities in Switzerland.
• Deliver up‑to‑date market information and conduct analysis for clients.

Required profile

• Background in private banking or relationship management.
• Experience dealing daily with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Fluency in Chinese (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all business levels.
