Senior Relationship Manager Global NRI

About the role

Julius Baer is recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager Private Banking (Global NRI) as the main point of contact between the bank and its clients. The role manages a portfolio of High Net Worth and/or Ultra High Net Worth private clients, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions while acting as an ambassador for the bank and contributing to the onboarding and development of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Serve clients with the highest quality standards, responding to their needs promptly and professionally, and tailor contact frequency to each client's preference
• Deliver tailored wealth management strategies and investment advice in line with the bank's policies and risk appetite
• Acquire new clients and grow existing ones through cross-selling and deeper relationships, while managing at-risk clients and succession planning
• Take part in client initiatives, marketing strategies and ad hoc projects requested by management
• Ensure compliance, ethical behaviour and sound risk management: high-quality KYC, timely clearance of alerts and escalation of risks to Group Heads and the second line of defence
• Contribute to client feedback on products and services so the bank can adapt to market trends

Required profile

• Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in Private Banking, serving a book of clients and acquiring new relationships
• Sound affinity with the geographic market(s) to be covered and cultural awareness
• Good judgement, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
• Very good interpersonal skills, persistence, persuasiveness and autonomy in planning and organising work

• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment
• Knowledge of global financial markets and ability to match client needs with suitable products
