Senior RM Assistant / Management Support - Swiss Market

About the role

Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 750 employees in 8 countries, is looking for a Senior RM Assistant in its Wealth Management business line, based in Zurich. The role supports Senior Relationship Managers and the Market Head in client management, account growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and build trust-based relationships with existing clients through regular, personalized contact
• Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing client accounts and preparing proposals and client-ready documents accurately
• Support the Market Head in identifying account-growth opportunities and sales initiatives, by keeping lists and pipeline reports up to date
• Help create tailor-made business events to foster market growth
• Ensure all internal regulatory procedures relating to relationship manager functions are carried out

Required profile

• Bachelor in Economics or commercial apprenticeship in Banking, completed with finance certifications
• At least 3-5 years in a similar role, with professional client-facing experience in banking and a genuine passion for financial markets
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment
• Understanding of global financial markets and current affairs
• Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is an asset
