Senior SAP Consultant – SAP IBP

About the role

agap2 is seeking experienced Senior SAP Consultants to support the optimisation of a recently implemented SAP system. You will bring an independent, third‑party perspective to identify inefficiencies, optimise applications and improve supply‑chain planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP solution and identify inefficiencies, performance issues and optimisation opportunities.
• Optimise and improve existing SAP IBP applications, processes and configurations.
• Support the analysis and enhancement of SAP IBP functionalities.
• Review planning and production scheduling processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Work closely with business, IT and process teams to define and implement improvement actions.
• Share best practices and lessons learned from different industrial environments.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• Around 5 years of experience with SAP IBP.
• Proven experience optimising existing SAP applications beyond implementation or daily support.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain planning, production planning and detailed scheduling processes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, CDMO or chemical manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and challenge existing processes constructively.
• Fluent in English.
