Senior Specialist – Technical Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Technical Process Excellence to join a leading international biopharmaceutical company. The role is hands‑on, based on the commercial manufacturing floor, and focuses on driving operational excellence in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for commercial manufacturing processes.
• Review and approve protocols for technical batches, including rework and repackaging.
• Develop and own technical documentation and support risk assessments.
• Participate in equipment lifecycle activities such as commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification and operational readiness.
• Support manufacturing systems (SAP, MES, equipment automation interfaces) and contribute to MES recipe development, testing and implementation.
• Lead data‑integrity risk assessments and support troubleshooting, investigations, CAPAs and process improvements.
• Manage technical change controls and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and external vendors; participate in audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Several years of experience in GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong background in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
