Senior Structural Engineer – Reinforced Concrete & Steel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing engineering team, focusing on reinforced concrete and steel construction solutions. The position blends structural design, engineering consultancy, project delivery and technical support, and involves close collaboration with consulting engineers, contractors, designers and other project stakeholders on complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level structural engineering advice to consultants, designers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop technical solutions and perform structural calculations for reinforced concrete and steel applications.
• Manage key projects from concept through design, production and implementation.
• Support project planning, technical reviews and structural design development.
• Assist commercial teams with technical evaluations, product substitutions and value‑engineering.
• Deliver technical training sessions and engineering presentations for customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to engineering process improvements and technical innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, design and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in structural engineering, particularly in reinforced concrete and steel construction.
• Proven ability to act as a technical specialist and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and delivering training.
