Senior Swiss Individual Tax Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Swiss Individual Tax to join our Global Mobility team in Basel. You will work with internationally mobile employees and executives, ensuring full compliance with Swiss and cross‑border tax and social‑security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑engagement teams, overseeing tax compliance delivery and managing engagement finances.
• Review and file Swiss tax declarations and analyse complex international tax and social‑security positions.
• Provide tailored tax advice based on up‑to‑date Swiss and international tax law.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings on cross‑border tax matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with international teams on multi‑jurisdictional projects and maintain primary client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss national tax laws and international tax principles, including social‑security regulations for cross‑border mobility.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
