Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fixed-term Contract

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the organisation. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and ensure a high‑quality hiring experience that supports the bank’s growth and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job profiling, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer execution.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop inclusive hiring strategies.
• Act as an ambassador of the Julius Baer employer brand, delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools through networking, social media and job platforms.
• Coordinate closely with HR and business partners at all organisational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven track record in high‑volume, high‑quality recruitment across diverse roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Organised, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar tools.
