Senior Tax Manager – Swiss Corporate Tax

About the role

As a Senior Tax Manager you will take full ownership of the Swiss tax landscape for a global elevator and escalator leader. You will combine operational excellence with strategic impact, working closely with senior stakeholders and the Group Tax function.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Swiss tax agenda, including corporate income tax compliance for all Swiss group entities.
• Serve as the primary contact for Swiss tax authorities, leading audits, rulings and negotiations.
• Advise on complex domestic and international tax matters and act as the internal expert on Swiss tax law.
• Oversee IFRS tax accounting, managing current and deferred taxes and ensuring high‑quality tax reporting for Swiss subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Transfer Pricing (including MAP/APA), Finance, Legal and Business teams to drive strategic tax initiatives.
• Support selected VAT, contract, employee tax and broader group tax projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Law or a related field with a focus on tax or finance.
• Swiss certified tax expert or close to completion.
• 7–10 years of experience in Swiss corporate tax within a Big 4, consulting or in‑house environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and a structured, analytical working style.
• Native German speaker with fluent English and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
