Senior Technical Architect – Life Sciences

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead architecture and implementation of AI‑driven marketing and data solutions for Life Sciences customers. The role combines deep technical expertise with industry knowledge to deliver hyper‑personalised customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design unified data strategies using Data360 and Agentforce Marketing solutions.
• Lead complex solution architecture, including data modelling, integration, security and scalability for pharmaceutical, biotech or med‑tech organisations.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations, software demos and rapid prototypes to showcase the platform.
• Collaborate with account executives, partners and customers to create future‑state journey roadmaps and technology plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience, with 4+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated Life Sciences environments (commercial, medical affairs, patient services or clinical operations).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, make architecture decisions and work in agile, distributed settings.

Required skills

• Salesforce application design, configuration and custom development.
• Data modelling, integration patterns, APIs, data migration and enterprise security.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, HCP/HCO master data and omnichannel engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
