Senior Web Developer (AI-Augmented)

About the role

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced full‑stack engineer who combines strong web development expertise with an AI‑native approach to software delivery. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications across both frontend and backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications using React, TanStack, NestJS, and Next.js.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive implementation of key technical decisions.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows on AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate).
• Develop AI‑powered product capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, evaluations, and agentic workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and automation.
• Ensure engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and thoughtful AI‑assisted workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools and clear judgment on when to rely on or override AI output.
• Hands‑on experience building production features with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in a remote environment.
