Senior/Assistant Manager – Large & Complex Audit (Geneva)

About the role

As a Senior/Assistant Manager in Large & Complex Audit, you will lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. Based in our Geneva office, you will work closely with experienced professionals, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review audit missions for annual and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss CO, FER and IFRS audit standards.
• Collaborate with the team lead to deliver high‑quality audit reports.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Participate in the development of audit methodologies and service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience at a Big‑4 firm.
• Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards; CPA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Motivated self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective project management and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Competency in data analytics (advantage).
• Knowledge of Swiss CO, FER and IFRS audit standards.
