ServiceNow Consultant – Technology Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Join Deloitte Consulting in Zurich as a ServiceNow Consultant, helping organisations shape digital transformation initiatives that drive performance and business value. You will work on strategic planning, design and operational excellence using ServiceNow as the central platform.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executives and operational teams on complex IT and business challenges using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that automate processes, improve efficiency and deliver business value.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects from strategy and design through implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Continuously learn from senior partners and develop expertise as a consulting professional.

Required profile

• Interest in ServiceNow consulting and a degree in Information Systems Management or related field.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate with local and international clients.
• Strong functional expertise – can translate business requirements into ServiceNow specifications.
• Business‑analyst mindset with a focus on processes rather than features.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience (1–3 years) with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or Workflow automation.
• ServiceNow certifications (Application Developer or Administrator).
• Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and IT service management concepts.
