Site Contracts Specialist

About the role

This position supports global clinical research operations by managing the full lifecycle of site contracts for international clinical trials. Based in Switzerland, you will ensure contracts are accurately drafted, negotiated, and executed in line with regulatory, legal, and study requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt country‑specific clinical trial contract templates.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize site agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
• Review and align study budgets and financial terms during negotiations.
• Conduct quality checks of contracts before execution and signature workflows.
• Liaise with internal legal, data‑privacy, study teams, sponsors, and external sites to resolve issues.
• Maintain contract tracking systems with real‑time status updates.
• Manage contract amendments, termination letters, and other site‑related legal documents.
• Ensure fully executed agreements are correctly filed and distributed.
• Identify contractual risks and support dispute resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments with exposure to site contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, Law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks (ICH‑GCP, FDA, EMA).
• Proven ability to negotiate contract terms and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
