Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Nozomi Networks is expanding its engineering team and is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve the availability, performance, and security of its cloud‑based OT and IoT cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure supporting global services.
• Develop solutions that increase service availability, performance, and stability.
• Automate application deployment, maintenance, and operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack – network, OS, and applications.
• Perform performance tuning, cost‑optimization, and post‑incident analysis.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and adhere to strict confidentiality and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Good knowledge of a programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Go.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code experience using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipeline creation using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Demonstrated use of AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
