About the role

Join COOLINARIK, a fast‑growing Swiss NGO that uses co‑creative cooking workshops and community events to bring together diverse groups. As a Social Media Manager Intern you will create authentic content that showcases real moments of connection, while gaining hands‑on experience in digital storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Capture, edit and produce short videos from workshops, events and community projects.
• Develop content strategies and campaign ideas to grow the online community.
• Tell inspiring stories that motivate people to get involved.
• Experiment, test, analyse results and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, independent and proactive.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social impact, food or sustainability.
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
• Outcome‑focused rather than waiting for instructions.

Required skills

• Video editing (using any standard editing software).
• Content creation for social media platforms.
