About the role
Baume & Mercier is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute its organic and paid social media strategy. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to strengthen brand awareness, engagement and conversion across luxury digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and define a comprehensive organic and paid social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with product, PR, and artistic teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the creation, implementation and optimisation of campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage the social media content calendar and oversee community engagement.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, audience targeting and ad creative.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to keep the approach innovative.
- Define KPIs, generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in social/digital media, marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience, including 3‑5 years focused on social media strategy and management, preferably in luxury, fashion or beauty.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through organic and paid social media initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
