Software Engineer (Full‑Stack, AI‑focused)

About the role

You will be the first software engineer at a fast‑growing AI‑focused startup, responsible for turning product ideas into working features that customers use every day. The role is hands‑on and full‑stack, covering everything from backend architecture to polished front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full‑stack product features across the TalSource platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product to scope requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, including backend services, APIs, data flows, and front‑end interfaces.
• Establish engineering patterns and best practices that ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making across the team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional software development experience in a team setting.
• Proven track record of shipping code to production, with experience on both successful and failed projects.
• Strong opinionated yet pragmatic approach to code quality.
• Passion for building AI‑driven web applications and working with large language models.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an early‑stage startup environment.
