Solution Advisor SAP EWM – Customer Transformation Consultant

About the role

Westernacher is seeking a Solution Advisor SAP EWM to act as a trusted advisor for customers embarking on supply‑chain transformation projects. You will combine deep SAP EWM expertise with strong business consulting skills to shape solution direction and support sales across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, assessments and advisory engagements to capture business challenges and define solution direction.
• Guide customers in evaluating SAP EWM options, challenge assumptions and align decisions with business value.
• Define implementation scope, effort estimates, delivery assumptions and key project risks.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, health checks and roadmap workshops for prospective customers.
• Develop business cases quantifying ROI, TCO and strategic benefits.
• Present solutions, lead workshops and demos for strategic opportunities.
• Support sales and go‑to‑market teams through training, solution positioning and industry expertise.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and warehouse logistics processes.
• Strong business acumen, including business case development, value engineering and executive stakeholder management.
• Near‑native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
