About the role

The Solutions Consultant will own the technical dimension of Omilia's sales process across the DACH region, acting as the primary bridge between prospect needs and Omilia's conversational AI capabilities. This role blends deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to design, articulate, and demonstrate solutions that directly address customer business challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end technical pre‑sales process for all DACH opportunities, from discovery to solution sign‑off and handover to Delivery.
  • Produce high‑quality solution architectures, RFP responses, and Scopes of Work that are technically accurate and commercially aligned.
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for prospects during evaluation, ensuring Omilia’s capabilities are presented with precision.
  • Map customer use cases to approved Omilia Customer Journeys and propose custom journeys when needed.
  • Lead structured discovery workshops to uncover business requirements, technical constraints, and integration dependencies.
  • Design tailored solution architectures that align prospect use cases with Omilia’s platform, CCaaS integrations, and deployment models.
  • Build and deliver scenario‑based product demonstrations focused on the customer’s KPIs and personas.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring technical accuracy and a compelling value narrative.
  • Provide feedback from prospect interactions to Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in technical pre‑sales or solutions consulting, preferably in the conversational AI or contact‑center space.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Fluency in German and English to engage DACH‑region customers effectively.
