Staff Brand Designer – Consumer

About the role

Payward’s Kraken Consumer Creative & Design team is looking for a Staff Brand Designer to set the visual standard for Kraken Consumer and Krak. You will create static and 3D assets that maintain a cohesive brand across all touch‑points, from product launches to ongoing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design 2D and 3D creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions and always‑on activity.
• Model, light, texture and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, producing hero visuals and reusable asset libraries.
• Extend the Kraken Consumer brand across social, lifecycle, web and illustration projects while keeping the visual language consistent.
• Build scalable design systems in Figma, including component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits.
• Integrate AI‑assisted production tools where they add value and collaborate with motion, web, performance and AI video designers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of brand, static and 3D design experience, preferably in fintech, crypto or a regulated industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, 3D pieces, multi‑format adaptations and design systems.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines, handle multiple review rounds and adapt designs to regulatory constraints.

Required skills

• Cinema 4D (modeling, lighting, materials, rendering).
• Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables).
• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• AI‑assisted production tools.
• Expertise in layout, hierarchy, typography and multi‑language design.
