Staff UX Designer Lead – Studio Content Publishing

Key responsibilities

• Modernize core upload and publish flows, smart drafts, and comprehensive metadata editing to take the anxiety and friction out of publishing.
• Lead the design of intuitive interfaces that ensure creators can confidently and efficiently publish their content.
• Craft intelligent, AI‑powered tools and optimizations for titles, thumbnails, tags, and metadata that maximize a creator’s reach and audience engagement.
• Transform complex machine learning models into accessible, actionable insights for creators.
• Empower storytelling through advanced capabilities like title and thumbnail A/B testing and seamless integrations with powerful video editing platforms.
• Streamline creator workflows from creation through post‑production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX).
• Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, content management systems (CMS), or media publishing platforms.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross‑functional UX designers and managing multi‑year product design goals.
• Portfolio with viewable link or access instructions.
• Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• 12 years of experience in product design or UX (preferred).
• 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross‑functional organization (preferred).
