Strategic Consultant – AI Solutions, Automation & Analytics

About the role

This position is based in Switzerland and focuses on helping organisations adopt AI‑driven solutions, automation and analytics. As a Strategic Consultant you will work directly with customers to improve workflows, implement SaaS tools and ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer system setup processes to ensure smooth implementations.
• Support enterprise implementations by collaborating with experienced consultants and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with project management, professional services and technical teams to deliver milestones and customer outcomes.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout implementation projects.
• Provide guidance on solution usage, adoption strategies and configuration best practices.
• Train and support client users to help them adopt new tools and workflows.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates on timelines, risks and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to optimise customer processes and increase technology value.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or similar technology projects.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to high‑quality delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Consultative problem‑solving approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• German language skills are a plus.
